WHAT IS SLIME BASH?
Slime Bash was founded in 2018 by instagram influencer Maddie Rae as a means to bring slimers and fans together in person. Slime Bash was the first and Largest Slime Convention. The very first Slime Bash took place in Stamford CT. With only 1,500 tickets available, the event sold out in less than 10 minutes. This landmark event features slime contests, slime making, and of course, the greatest collection of slimers ever assembled. With more than 60 different marquee slime accounts represented, the event attracted fans from around the globe. Slime Conventions were born!
WHAT MAKES SLIME BASH SO SPECIAL?
The first Slime Bash was followed online by millions of viewers and fans. Immediately following Slime Bash success was a bigger and better Slime Bash 2 which attracted 7500 Slimers to Mohegan Sun in CT with more events, more people, and more sliming! Ticket Holders traveled from as far away as South America, Australia, and Europe. But more importantly, it was founded and run by. Slime Bash incited a revolution of thousands of Girl-preneurs around the world to start their own Slime Convention. Over the next two years, more than a thousand conventions were run by inspiring girls bringing their own slime magic into their location communities.
WHAT HAPPENED TO SLIME BASH?
Six Slime Bashes in total were run over the next two years traveling around the country from Chicago to Daytona and beyond. Each successive one was designed to be different than the previous one with new exciting ways to enjoy slime and get the community together. A seventh Slime Bash was planned to run in Ohio but unfortunately was canceled in early 2020 prior to promotion due to the early COVID shutdowns. But the spirit of Slime Bash lives on. Will there be another Slime Bash? Who knows? For those fortunate enough to have attended one or more slime Bashes, the memories will remain priceless and the friendships made will be forever remembered.
